Creating Communities

1. Create a new Community

1. First select the ‘Community’ icon in the left-hand side navigation bar

2. Click on “+ new” at the top of this new page

3. A new page will appear where you will need to enter:

  • The name of the Community

  • And a brief description of the Community

 

 

 

 

 

4. Once you have entered these two pieces of information select “Create"
5. A success message will appear at the bottom right-hand side of the screen that confirms the Community has been created.
6. This new Community is listed on the Communities page. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Search, Update or delete a Community

​Search and update a Community 

  1. Search for a Community by typing it into the search bar at the top left-hand corner of the screen

  2. Click "Show" alongside the Community you wish to update

  3. A new page will appear showing the details of the Community

  4. Click “Edit Community”

  5. This will take you to a page where the details of the Community can be edited

  6. To save these updates select "Update Community"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Deleting Communities

  1. Go to the Communities page by selecting the icon on the left-hand side navigation

  2. To delete a Community click “delete” alongside the Community you wish to remove

  3. A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the Community

  4. If you are sure you wish to proceed select “ok”

  5. A success message will appear on the bottom corner of the page confirming the Community as been deleted. 

 

Note: Deleting a Community will remove it from any scorecard it was associated with
