Creating Communities
1. Create a new Community
1. First select the ‘Community’ icon in the left-hand side navigation bar
2. Click on “+ new” at the top of this new page
3. A new page will appear where you will need to enter:

The name of the Community

And a brief description of the Community
4. Once you have entered these two pieces of information select “Create"
5. A success message will appear at the bottom right-hand side of the screen that confirms the Community has been created.
6. This new Community is listed on the Communities page.
2. Search, Update or delete a Community
Search and update a Community

Search for a Community by typing it into the search bar at the top left-hand corner of the screen

Click "Show" alongside the Community you wish to update

A new page will appear showing the details of the Community

Click “Edit Community”

This will take you to a page where the details of the Community can be edited
-
To save these updates select "Update Community"
Deleting Communities

Go to the Communities page by selecting the icon on the left-hand side navigation
-
To delete a Community click “delete” alongside the Community you wish to remove
-
A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the Community
-
If you are sure you wish to proceed select “ok”
-
A success message will appear on the bottom corner of the page confirming the Community as been deleted.
Note: Deleting a Community will remove it from any scorecard it was associated with
