Creating wicked problems or opportunities
Create a new wicked problem or opportunity
1. First select the ‘wicked problem’ icon in the left hand side navigation bar
2. Click on “+ Create New”
3. A dialogue box will appear where you will need to enter

The name of the Wicked Problem your initiatives are addressing

And a brief description of the problem
4. Once you have entered these two pieces of information select “Create”
A success message will appear at the bottom right-hand side of the screen that confirms the wicked problem / opportunity as been created.
You will also see the new problem / opportunity listed in the summary list.
Search and update Wicked Problems / Opportunities

Search for a Wicked Problem / Opportunity by typing it into the search bar at the top left-hand corner of the screen

Click "Show" alongside the Wicked Problem or Opportunity you wish to update

A new page will appear showing the details of the Wicked Problem / Opportunity

Click “Edit Wicked Problem”

A new page will appear where details of the Wicked problem can be edited

To save these updates select "Update"
Deleting Wicked Problems / Opportunities

To delete a Wicked Problem / Opportunity click “delete” alongside the Wicked Problem / Opportunity you wish to remove

A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the Wicked Problem / Opportunity

If you are sure you wish to proceed select “ok”

A success message will appear on the bottom corner of the page confirming the Wicked Problem / Opportunity has been deleted.
Note: Deleting a wicked problem will remove it from any Transition Card it was associated with
