Linking Transition Cards and SDGs Alignment Cards

Linking a Transition Card to an SDGs Alignment Card enables you to copy and synchronise initiative and organisational data between cards.
It can be done via the Transition Card, or by the SDGs Alignment Card.

To link via a Transition Card:
​
1. Select the Transition Cards icon in the left-hand side menu bar
2. Click on the Transition Card you wish to link
3. Click on the Details tab at the top of the page
4. On this page, click on the drop-down box titled Linked SDGs Alignment Card

5. Select the SDGs Alignment Card you want to link this Transition Card with. A list of Linked Initiatives will appear on the page

6. Select Update Transition Card in the bottom right-hand corner

When a Transition Card and a SDGs Alignment Card have been linked, any changes made to an Initiative will be automatically updated on the linked card.

To link via a SDGs Alignment Card:
​
1. Select the SDGs Alignment Cards icon in the left-hand side menu bar
2. Click on the SDGs Alignment Card you wish to link
3. Click on the Details tab at the top of the page
4. On this page, click on the drop-down box titled Linked Transition Card
​
5. Select the Transition Card you want to link this SDGs Alignment Card to. A list of Linked Initiatives will appear on the page

6. Select Update SDGs Alignment Card in the bottom right-hand corner
