Wicked Lab learning program Terms & Conditions

The following constitute the terms and conditions to which participants agree when booking any Wicked Lab programs (Terms and Conditions). Throughout the Terms and Conditions, Wicked Lab means Wicked Lab Pty Ltd. Wicked Lab reserves the right to review and update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
 

Registration
Before you book into programs Wicked Lab require you to register via our registration page and provide certain information about yourself. In doing this, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the relevant registration form.

When you submit a registration for the program, your submission represents an offer to Wicked Lab to book you onto the program you selected. On submission of the program form you will receive an automated summary via email of your selection.
A deposit of $660 is required within 7 days of booking to secure the booking. This deposit is non refundable.
Upon payment Wicked Lab will accept your offer and will send you an email confirming that you have been booked into the program with information about starting your learning.
 

Payment
A $660 payment must be paid within 7 days of booking either via secure online payment process  or via bank transfer.
Wicked Lab can arrange invoice for fees. Please also talk with us if you require a payment plan.
Payment of full program fees is required 30 days after registration.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. For those who have requested Payment by Invoice, an invoice will be sent to you by email outlining payment options.

Please note that if you do not provide accurate details (including type of card and number) or if your credit card company does not authorise payment, your application will be deemed void. Wicked Lab will not accept any liability for costs incurred as a result of applications deemed void in this manner.

GST will charged at 10% for all Australian resident participants. 
 

Prevailing terms and conditions
Please note that this and all other Wicked Lab pre-contractual documentation shall not constitute an offer. All services provided by Wicked Lab are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and if you wish to engage any Wicked Lab services Wicked Lab shall only provide them if you accept the Terms and Conditions. 
 

Ownership and intellectual property rights
All materials, including the Tool for Systemic Change, no matter how they are supplied, are owned by Wicked Lab.
 
All intellectual property rights in all materials available, and including but not limited to the design, graphics, text of all printed and digital materials, audio and visuals of all Wicked Lab webinars, podcasts and videos are owned by Wicked Lab. No content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without Wicked Lab’s prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Wicked Lab’s intellectual property rights.
 

Participant behaviour
Wicked Lab reserves the right to remove any participant from a program whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Wicked Lab or its Facilitators. In these circumstances, Wicked Lab will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.
 

Facilitators
Wicked Lab shall provide Facilitators to present the training program as it deems fit and Wicked Lab shall be entitled at any time to substitute any Facilitators with any other person who, in Wicked Lab’s sole discretion, it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant program.
 

Liability
Wicked Lab does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its programs including program materials. Opinions expressed are those of individual Teachers / Mentors and not necessarily those of Wicked Lab. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.
 

License to Wicked Lab Tool for Systemic Change (TSC)
As a participant of the program ,you are granted a one year, one Transition Card, one user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Tool for Systemic Change. No part of the tool may be copied, reproduced, uploaded in any way, in whole or in part, without Wicked Lab’s prior permission and you may not allow anyone else to access the TSC via your provided log-in details with out written permission by Wicked Lab. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Wicked Lab’s intellectual property rights. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is includes acknowledgement and acceptance of Wicked Labs Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy
 

Technology and online access
Wicked Lab does not warrant that the provision of any content online or online tool will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely or error free, that defects will be corrected or that such content or tool is secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors and omissions.
 

Cancellation
Once you have booked an e-learning program the deposit fee is non-refundable and the booking non-transferrable. If you cancel the program or package you may be entitled to a refund (see below), but you will not be able to transfer your place either to another person or onto another program.
 

More than 20 working days from Program commencement
In the event of a cancellation is advised more than 20 days before commencement Wicked Lab will refund 50% of the full program fee. Cancellation of bookings with deposits paid only will not be refunded.

20 working days or less from Program commencement
In the event of notification of a cancellation is 20 working days or less before the program commencement date fees paid will not be refunded or allocated to another program. Wicked Lab cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or personal circumstances within this 20 working day period.

Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing to hello@wickedlab.com.au.
 

Non Attendance (No Show)
If a participant fails to attend fees will not be refunded or allocated to another program
 

General
Wicked Lab reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule programs due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances.
The information provided by Wicked Lab is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. Wicked Lab reserves the right to change program fees, dates, content or facilitators at its discretion.
Wicked Lab reserves the right to record, via video and/or audio, learning sessions for quality assurance purposes and to support participants.
