Wicked Lab's Terms & Conditions
Throughout the Terms and Conditions, Wicked Lab means Wicked Lab Pty Ltd. Wicked Lab reserves the right to review and update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
License to Wicked Lab Tool for Systemic Change (TSC)
Participants of the program, are granted a one-year, two Transition Card, one SDGs Alignment Card, one user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Tool for Systemic Change.
No part of the tool may be copied, reproduced, or uploaded in any way, in whole or in part, without Wicked Lab’s prior permission and you may not allow anyone else to access the TSC via your provided log-in details without written permission by Wicked Lab. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Wicked Lab’s intellectual property rights. Acceptance of these terms and conditions includes acknowledgement and acceptance of Wicked Labs Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy.
14-day evaluation License to Wicked Lab Tool for Systemic Change (TSC) - SDG features
Evaluation licenses are granted upon request only, and Wicked Lab reserves the right t refuse requests without explanation. Users who are granted an evaluation license will be provided with one SDGs Alignment Card, one user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Tool for Systemic Change for 14 days only.

If after the evaluation period users would like to continue using the tool, the User/Organisation will be invoiced for a 12-month license based on the number of cards, users and whether the account holder is For Purpose, Corporate or Academic.
If after the 14-day evaluation period the User does not want to license the software for an annual fee, the account will be closed and all data within the evaluation account will be deleted from Wicked Lab servers after 30 days.
Ownership and intellectual property rights
All materials, including the Tool for Systemic Change, no matter how they are supplied, are owned by Wicked Lab. All intellectual property rights in all materials available, and including but not limited to the design, graphics, text of all printed and digital materials, audio and visuals of all Wicked Lab webinars, podcasts and videos are owned by Wicked Lab. No content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without Wicked Lab’s prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Wicked Lab’s intellectual property rights.
Program-only terms and condition
All services provided by Wicked Lab are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and if you wish to engage any Wicked Lab services Wicked Lab shall only provide them if you accept the Terms and Conditions.
Program Enrolment
Wicked Lab requires you to enrol into our programs via the program registration page and provide certain information about yourself. In doing this, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the relevant enrolment form.
When submitted, this enrolment for, represents an offer to Wicked Lab to book you onto the program you selected. Once received, one of the Wicked Lab team will contact you to confirm your enrolment.
A deposit of 30% is required within 7 days of booking to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
Program Payment
Program fees will be invoiced to the nominated organisation on the program registration form.
A 30% deposit payment may be required and paid within 7 days of booking either via a secure online payment process or via bank transfer. Please also talk with us if you require a payment plan.
Payment of full program fees is required 30 days after registration.
Payments via credit card will incur a Paypal processing fee of 2.7% + 30c added to the invoice.
GST will charged at 10% for all Australian resident participants.

Participant behaviour
Wicked Lab reserves the right to remove any participant from a learning program whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Wicked Lab or its Facilitators. In these circumstances, Wicked Lab will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.
Facilitators
Wicked Lab shall provide Facilitators to present the training program as it deems fit and Wicked Lab shall be entitled at any time to substitute any Facilitators with any other person who, in Wicked Lab’s sole discretion, it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant program.
Liability
Wicked Lab does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its programs including program materials. Opinions expressed are those of the Facilitators own and not necessarily those of Wicked Lab. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.

Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Wicked Lab’s intellectual property rights. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is includes acknowledgement and acceptance of Wicked Labs Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy.
Access to learning materials
The learning materials that are delivered online over the life of the project period. Participants will have access to the learning materials from the start date of the program for the duration (start to finish date) of the project + 1 month. All PDF materials can be downloaded.
Timeframe
The program is delivered online over 5 months and is a self-paced project-based learning program. You will be sent logins to begin the course the week the course begins. Group online sessions will be held once a month online and provide participants with an opportunity to ask questions about content, learning activities and the Tool for Systemic Change. For individual programs, one on one mentoring is held monthly.
Any unused mentoring hours or other works not completed will not roll over outside of these dates unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by Wicked Lab and The Client.
Workshop delivery
Where applicable, coordination and payment of room hire and catering for any face-to-face workshop location will be the responsibility of the client. Where workshops are located outside of South Australia, costs for flights and accommodation will also be included in the proposal.
Technology and online access
Wicked Lab does not warrant that the provision of any content online or online tool will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely or error free, that defects will be corrected or that such content or tool is secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors and omissions.
Cancellation
Program deposit fees are non-refundable and the booking non-transferrable. If you cancel the program you may be entitled to a refund (see below), but you will not be able to transfer your place either to another person or onto another program.
More than 20 working days from Program commencement
In the event of a cancellation is advised more than 20 days before commencement Wicked Lab will refund 50% of the full program fee paid. Cancellation of bookings with deposits paid only will not be refunded.
20 working days or less from Program commencement
In the event of a cancellation that is 20 working days or less before the program commencement date, fees paid will not be refunded or allocated to another program. Any outstanding invoice will also still be required to be paid. Wicked Lab cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or personal circumstances within this 20 working day period.
Non Attendance (No Show)
If participant/s fails to attend fees will not be refunded or allocated to another participant.
General
Wicked Lab reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule dates due to unforeseen circumstances.
